I have been working in the Human Services sector for the past 15 years, in a variety of areas including children in care and mental health. I have managed a number of programs here in the South West and the Peel regions.

I have been working as a Therapeutic Counsellor since 2013 and have done a number of trainings, including Narrative Therapy, EMDR and CBT. I am also a Facilitator of the Circle of Security: Parenting program.

I have a special interest in trauma, relationships, anxiety and depression.
